Have a Blessed Palm Sunday with Jesus.🌿 Seek Him First. Meditate on Mark 11. The people exclaimed “Hosanna” which is *Greek transliteration of a Hebrew phrase “Please save!” (Psalm 118:25).
The people knew Jesus was fulfilling prophecy (Zechariah 9:9), but they didn’t understand where Jesus’ kingship would lead Him. This same crowd cried out “crucify Him!” when Jesus stood on trial a few days later.🙏🏾
“Those who went ahead and those who followed shouted, “Hosanna!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!””
