August 10th, 2023~Let’s Focus on What Pleases God✨

Have a Blessed Thursday with Jesus.✨Seek Him First. Meditate on Hebrews 13. God’s Word teaches us as we study. We learn what is required to live the way God wants. We make sacrifices with our lips and confess Jesus, but also make sacrifices with our life.

We must leave from what draws us away from Christ and align ourselves as kingdom disciples with eternal focus. With this mission and perspective, we will be able to handle life’s ups and downs.

This life is not about us. When we reach out to benefit someone other than yourself, it pleases God.

“Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”
