Most pharmacies and other stores have a sign that says “Drop Off,” and another that says, “Pick Up.”
I pray all of God’s children remember to do just that when it comes to everyday life.
I pray we remember to Drop Off every situation to God, so we can do a great exchange and Pick Up His Peace.
How do we take our issues to The Lord when we can’t see Him?
We open our mouths and pray. Prayer is our communication with God.
Prayer is also our greatest Spiritual weapon. God’s Word tells us prayer changes things:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
Philippians 4:6 NIV
Here is the result:✨
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7 NIV
When you don’t experience the Peace of God, go deeper. Pray more and ask Him to help you to leave it with Him….ALL of it! We must trust that God’s way is better than ours. He’s The Creator, and He’s all powerful. He knows how to handle every situation better! God loves us so much, He doesn’t want us saddled when He sent His Son Jesus, Our Savior, to handle it. It is already DONE.
We don’t have to even think about that issue. Instead, God frees our minds to focus on Him, His goodness, and how we can help someone else in need.
If we stay pulling a suitcase full of past issues, regrets, hurt, pain, self doubt, anger, etc, we are not living life abundantly (no matter how much “bag” we secure, or what material possessions we have).
We should pray daily. We have an enemy that attacks us daily. Jesus told us exactly who the enemy is, and what his evil intentions are toward us. But, then Jesus gives us the Good News and shares what He came to do help us:
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”
John 10:10-11 NIV
Then Jesus tells us how to fight with prayer:✨
“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”
Matthew 6:9-13 KJV
Remember, when you have any problem (everyone will have them), take it to the Problem Solver. Drop it off; then Pick Up His Peace🙏🏾
Remember Jesus’ promises. They are truth and will give you Peace. When we are connected to Christ, we have Victory and we are Over-comers!!!
““I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.””
John 16:33 NIV
Be Blessed,
