February 1st, 2024~Jesus Said Make Disciples✨

Have a Blessed 1st day of February with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on Matthew 28. The Father gave Jesus authority over Heaven and earth. On the basis of that authority, Jesus told His disciples to make more disciples as they preached, baptized, and taught.

With that same authority, Jesus still commands us to tell others the Good News and make them disciples for the kingdom. Baptism unites believers with Jesus Christ in their death to sin and resurrection to new life. Baptism symbolizes submission to Jesus as Lord, a willingness to live God’s way, and identification with God’s covenant people.🙏🏾

”And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,“
