February 4th, 2024~Jesus Says Love and Pray for Your Enemies✨

Have a Blessed 1st Sunday in February with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on Matthew 5. By telling us not to retaliate, Jesus is keeping us from taking the law into our own hands. By loving and praying for our enemies, we can overcome evil with good. We cannot do this on our own. We need God’s supernatural help to live people that commit cruel and evil acts.

If you act in love for your enemies, treating them well, you will show that Jesus truly rules your life. This becomes possible when we give ourselves fully to Jesus as Lord, because only He can deliver us from our natural self-centeredness. We must trust the Holy Spirit to help us show love to those to whom we feel no love (Romans 5:5).🙏🏾
