Have a Blessed last Monday in January with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on II Timothy 1. Paul mentions three characteristics that effective Christian leaders need: power, love and self discipline.
This power is from the boldness that comes from the confidence in the gospel (Romans 1:16).
The love pairs care and concern with tender hearted treatment of those we serve.
Good leaders must have cool heads, and keep a tight reign on their selfish desires. These are available to us because the Holy Spirit lives in us. When we follow His leading each day, our life can exhibit these characteristics. 🙏🏾
