July 2, 2022~God’s Grace is Sufficient

Have a Blessed 1st Saturday in July with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on 2 Corinthians 12. *God answered Paul’s prayer, but it was not the response he wanted. When we pray, we can tell God what we want, but we must also be willing to listen and accept His answer. No matter how bad Paul’s thorn got, God promised His Grace was more than enough.

**When we suffer, we realize we must rely on God for our effectiveness, not our own energy, effort or talent. Our weaknesses develop Christian character and deepens our worship. Admitting our weaknesses affirms God’s strength.

“Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
