June 22nd, 2023~Christians Must Forgive✨

Have A Blessed Thursday with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on Matthew 18. Rabbis taught people should forgive those who offend them—but only three times.

Peter asked if seven (the “perfect” number) was enough times to forgive someone. Jesus’ answered seventy-seven times, showing we shouldn’t keep track of how many times we forgive. We must always forgive those who are truly repentant, no matter how many times they ask.🙏🏾

“Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.”
