Have a Blessed Monday with Jesus. ✨ Seek Him First. Meditate on 3 John 1. John urges his dear friend, and church leader, Gaius to do what is good and not imitate evil. We can follow John’s letter by watching what examples of evil to avoid, and what examples to emulate.
In those days Diotrephes was the example of evil, while Dimetreus was a good example to follow. The way he lived matched the truth of Scripture. When you see this kind of pattern in a leader, you know you can follow him, because the one who does good is of God. Pray to the Lord, only He gives you discernment.🙏🏾
“Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.”
